- Developed many new liquid, semi-solid and solid-state NMR and other techniques and lead or took part in research that resulted in over 70 refereed scientific papers.
- Learned a variety of techniques from object-oriented programming to glassblowing and vacuum techniques for handling air-sensitive materials.
- Learned HTML & created an Internet site for the lab. that is ‘The very best NMR site on the net’ according to DMOZ and widely acclaimed by the international NMR community
- Improved service & increased customer base from approx. 70 to 300.
- Maintained lab. with high user satisfaction and barely any downtime.
- Implemented fair and reliable accounting and administration procedures.
