Structural Inorganic Chemistry

We study the structure and physical properties of new inorganic materials through synthesis and X-ray crystallography.

We specialize in developing and synthetic and crystallization techniques in aqueous solutions and investigate the properties of metal-complexes, mainly poly-nuclear and clusters in this media.

We focus on the preparation of metal complexes with biological relevance or with the potential of being used in medical imaging techniques such as CT and MRI.

We also prepare and characterize bi-metallic nano-alloys and examine their catalytic properties.
