July 2008. The Moon may appear as early as 19:36 in Jerusalem
and similarly for the rest of Israel,
at azimuth 282½°, 15° left
of the sunset and 18° high. Please report your sightings to me after Shabbat at
royh63@gmail.com or by telephone to
0523849276 There will be no reconstruction of the beit din receiving reports this month as this would
represent a 30 day month the beit din would not have
convened when the calendar was determined by observation. No report will be
issued before the end of Shabbat.
