נא לחפש את הירח בשבת א' אדר ב' תשס"ח. הירח ייראה אם לא יהיה מאוד אביך. מירושלים והמצב דומה לשאר הארץ, הירח יכול להופיע החל מ-17:46 כאשר הוא יהיה באזימות °267 ורום °10. באופן נדיר הירח ייטה ימינה. אם התנאים מאוד אביכים הירח לא ייראה עד למחרת. בהודו ראיית הירח תהיה גבולי ובדרום אפריקה ואוסטרליה הירח ייראה רק למחרת.
למי שיהיה במעלה אדומים בשבת, נא לבוא לתצפית בבית הכנסת מצפה נבו (עליון).
התצפית תלווה בהסבר מאת גדעון חרל"פ ואני. ההדרכה
לתצפית תחל מכ-17:35. אם מזג האוויר מעונן, גדעון חרל"פ ייתן דרשה בנושא: עיבור השנה בשנת שמיטה. למעוניינים
תפילת מנחה ב-17:03, תפילת ערבית ב-18:13, וצאת השבת ב-18:19.
בט"ו אדר א' לפנות בוקר היה ליקוי לבנה מלא. בארץ הליקוי המלא דעך
בעלות השחר. למרות זאת הירח עדיין נראה בסוף ליקוי המלא.

come to a moonwatch at the Mitspe
Nevo (up) Synagogue The observation will be
accompanied by explanation by Gidon Harlap and me starting at 17:35. If it is cloudy then Gidon Harlap will give a talk (in
Hebrew) entitled "Intercalating a sabbatical year." For those
interested there will be Mincha prayer at 17:03, Maariv prayer at 18:13 and Shabbat ends at 18:19.
