נא לחפש את הירח המתחדש בשבת א' שבט תשס"ז. ייתכן ראייה בקושי בעין יום קודם מדרום מערב ארה"ב. לתושבי מעלה אדומים ואורחיהם תהיה תצפית מודרכת. אם ברצונך לבוא לשבת במעלה אדומים, נא להתקשר למארגנים.

בהירים מומלץ להתפלל מנחה קודם לכן כדי לא לפספס את ההופעה הראשונה של הירח.
מתקיימות תפילות מנחה בבתי הכנסת מצפה נבו, נזר אהרן ופני שמואל ב-12:30, ובפני
שמואל ב-13:45.

Come and Look for the New Moon. (If weather conditions permit) on Shabbat parshat (portion of) Va'era, 20th January 2007 we will have a guided Moonwatch next to the Mitspe Nevo (Up) Synagogue at 16:45 (Mincha/afternoon service at 16:25*). With explanation by Roy Hoffman. Shaleshudis (third Shabbat meal) will be provided by the Mitspe Nevo (Up) Synagogue. Ma'ariv (evening service) at 17:35, Shabbat ends 17:41. the sky is very clear it is recommended to pray Mincha
earlier in order not to miss the first appearance of the Moon. There are Mincha services at the Mitspe Nevo, Nezer Aharon
and Pnei Shmuel Synagogues
at 12:30 and at the Pnei Shmuel
Synagogue at 13:45.
