Dear All,
The Moon was seen tonight
(Monday 30th January 2006) from Israel. I saw the Moon appear at
17:33 from behind clouds from Givat Ram, Jerusalem.
This is the first time in three months that the Moon has been seen on its first
appearance from Israel
because of clouds.

Next month's New Moon should be
clearly visible on Wedesday 1st March 2006 from Israel and the rest of the World.
However, from the USA,
it will be visible the previous day. In Israel, the Moon might be a
telescopic object the previous day.
