Investigation of colloidal systems and applications of new particles are the main objectives of the research group. The research is focused on formation and characterization of dispersed systems, ranging in size from nanoparticles and nanocapsules, to microparticles and microcapsules. These systems are prepared in solutions, emulsions,  dispersions and gels, by using suitable  surfactants ,dispersants and and rheological agents. The resulting microparticles and nanoparticles are mainly used in functional inkjet printing (such as metal nanoparticles and CNTs) and  delivery systems for cosmetics, pharmaceutics and agriculture. In addition, the research group deals with Formulation Chemistry, which is formation of stable multicomponent, dispersed systems such as: cosmetic emulsions and gels, coatings for solar energy applications, inkjet inks for printed electronics, and pesticide formulations. The development of such products is performed with close collaboration with the industry. Specific research intrests are described in research interests
