Collaborations
We collaborate with several groups at the Hebrew University and in other places.Protein expression and purification is performed at the protein expression unit, headed by Dr. Tsafi Danieli, and at the protein purification unit, headed by Dr. Mario Lebendiker.
NMR is done on the 600 MHz spectrometer, in the NMR lab headed by Dr. Deborah Shalev.
The protein expression and purification units as well as the NMR lab are located at the Wolfson Center for Structural Biology.
We collaborate on the HIV-1 project with Prof. Abraham Loyter at the department of Biological Chemistry, and with Prof. Moshe Kotler at the Hadassah Medical School.
We also collaborate with Dr. Daniel Harries, with Prof. Danny Porath and with Dr. Uri Raviv on various research projects.
